EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT
Between the undersigned:
On the one hand [Name, company name] sis [full address] hereinafter referred to as "the owner",
On the other hand: [Name, name] sis [full address] hereinafter referred to as "the lessee",
It was agreed and agreed that:
ARTICLE 1: THE EQUIPMENT [accurately describe the material made available]
ARTICLE 2: DURATION OF RENTAL This lease is granted for a period of [number] days from [date] and will terminate as of right and without formality on [date].
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT In return, the lease undertakes to pay the full amount of the rental and the security of [amount in full] before the delivery of the equipment.
ARTICLE 4: GENERAL CONDITIONS The material will be presented before departure by the representative of TheCampBox Ltd in the presence of the lessee, this implies for the lessee that he accepts the perfect state of operation of it. Whatever the means of transport and/or assembly, the lessee is responsible for the equipment as soon as it leaves the owner. The lessee transporting the material himself undertakes to do so in the best conditions. The lessee undertakes to respect the rules in force of the camping in Scotland ( ). The lessee as well as all the people taking advantage of the leased equipment, undertake to respect nature, to leave no destruction whatsoever and to use the suitable garbage cans. The lessee is supposed to know the operation and handling of the equipment, so he will be held responsible for any misuse. The lessee certifies knowledge of all security warnings, risks and precautions to be taken regarding the use of the leased equipment through this contract. Under no circumstances may the owner be held liable for any personal or material damage resulting from the use of his equipment by the lessee having accepted the perfect working condition of the equipment by the signature of the present contract. The material will be returned [address]. When the material is returned, it will be tested by the professional. Any defect, irregularity, or wear exaggerated with respect to the specified use, found during this check, shall be the responsibility of the taker. The equipment to be repaired, will be repaired by the professional or any other with invoice dependant of the lessee, if the material cannot be repaired, or is not returned within 1 month, it will be considered missing the return. Missing return material will be charged through the security deposit lodged by the lessee.
ARTICLE 5: Security Deposit
All Customers must make a security deposit due to the deductible deposit. The security deposit is provided in the form of debit authorization on the credit card, and the holder must be present when the equipment is collected.
Failure to return the Equipment for any reason on the Last Hire Day or when requested to do so by TheCampBox Ltd will result in our charging your payment card the full amount of the replacement cost. The replacement cost will be based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the Equipment, in addition to any charges for the Hire Period.
If any damaged club returned is unrepairable, this will also be deemed as lost/stolen and the appropriate amount will be automatically charged to the payment card.
Abuse/Neglect/Misuse of Equipment will be deemed as lost/stolen

ARTICLES 6: STATE OF EQUIPMENT A condition of the contradictory equipment and an inventory of accessories and consumables will be established at the disposal of the equipment to the lessee and will be the subject of a point at the end of the lease. This statement must be signed by the owner and the lessee.
ARTICLES 7: CANCELLATION AND REFUND Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

It is your responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover you during your trip. This should include cover for cancellation prior to the trip, the activities undertaken (i.e hiking), curtailment, and adequate medical insurance for sickness/ injury and medical repatriation. We also strongly recommend you have cover for your other travel arrangements such as flights, and your personal possessions.
